1. Order Processing
- All confirmed orders are processed within 24 hours.
- Orders placed on Sundays or national/public holidays are processed on the next working day.
2. Delivery Timelines
- Standard delivery time is 2–7 working days, depending on the delivery location.
- Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen factors such as courier delays, weather, or regional restrictions.
- No deliveries are made on Sundays or national holidays.
3. Delivery Areas
- We currently deliver across India only.
- International delivery is not available at this time.
4. Shipping Charges
- Some cases shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout before payment.
- Free delivery may be available during special offers or above a specified order value.
5. Delivery Confirmation
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email, WhatsApp or SMS.
- A delivery confirmation message will be sent once the order is delivered successfully.
6. Failed or Delayed Delivery
- If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal, the product may be returned to us. Re-delivery can be arranged, but extra charges may apply.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or factors beyond our control.
7. Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Deliveries
- If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/video).
- If your package is lost during delivery, a replacement or full refund will be provided.
