Cancellation & Refund Policy

We want our customers to have a smooth shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully.
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
- Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
2. Returns
- Returns are accepted only if the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by emailing indianhomeneed@gmail.com with proof (photos/video).
- Returns are not accepted for change of mind, perishable goods, non-perishable goods or products marked “non-returnable.”
3. Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method only if your product is damaged.
- Refund time depends on your bank/payment provider.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable. If the product is returned, return courier charges are borne by the customer (unless the product was defective or incorrect).
4. Non-Delivery
- If an order is not delivered due to seller/courier fault, a full refund will be issued.
